Org Chart is being calculated

Problem

The organization chart of the User Profiles for Confluence add-on is not finished rendering. It shows the message "Organization chart is being calculated".

Solution

  1. Manually run the "Org Chart Cache Updater" job (Administration > "Scheduled Jobs")

  2. Reload the Confluence page with the organization chart

If that does not resolve the behavior

  • re-start the system (-> re-initialization)
