Our overall goal is to allow reliable out-of-office coverage with no extra effort for employees.

Admins establish a one-time Outlook connection that ensures out-of-office information is available in Jira at all times and for every employee.

For the product launch we focused on these main functions:

  • Receive immediate out-of-office alerts via Jira issue flags

  • Automate Jira workflows using out-of-office data

And we’re not done yet! You can expect a steady stream of new and helpful features in the immediate future.
