Sometimes the support needs further information of your application. The System Information screen provides information about your application's configuration, and the environment in which your application  has been deployed.

System Information can be found in your application's administration console. You'll need to be logged in as an Administrator. 

  • JIRA: System >  System Info (under Troubleshooting and support)
  • Confluence: General Configuration > System Information
  • Bamboo: Overview > System Information (under System)
