Problem
We are having an issue with the User Profiles for Confluence. It never imports any data and returns the following message when we perform a manual synchronization. We currently use the Confluence internal directory and Crowd. All of the attributes do exist in our environment. Is there a setting to force the synchronization with a particular directory?

Solution
Crowd is currently not supported by User Profiles for Confluence/Jira. Please refer to Synchronizing constellations - does Crowd work? to resolve this issue.
